Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt. Following inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the process will begin, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank next. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
