Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for both customized and non-customized bulk quantities. For international orders, please contact us directly to place your order and discuss specific details.

Shipping Charges

  • Delhi NCR: Generally, shipping charges are included in the item's cost, and no additional shipping fee is charged for orders within the Delhi NCR region.
  • Outside Delhi NCR: Shipping charges for orders outside Delhi NCR may vary and will be communicated at the time of your order.

Important Shipping Information

  • Delivery Timelines: The shipping of goods can take between 1 to 14 working days, depending on the level of customization required.
  • Made-to-Order Styles: All made-to-order styles will be shipped according to the specific timelines provided with the product description on our website.
  • Unavoidable Circumstances: Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Order Redirection: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Receipt of Order: All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt.
  • Multiple Shipping Addresses: Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple separate orders.
  • Partial Shipments: While we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Our delivery team takes great care to ensure your package arrives without any damage.

If your product arrives broken or damaged:*

  1. Take a photo of the damaged item with the product still in its box.
  2. Share the picture with us at sales@leafab.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Our team will assess the damage and contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund.

*Damaged only includes broken/leaking products.

Please Note: If an order is refused at the time of delivery due to any reason other than damage (broken/leaking product), the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
